Easy Shepherds Pie

Hello lovely mommas! Last week I talked a little bit about easy self-care tips. This week to follow up on that I have shared with you my most favorite recipe in the world! I brought it up in my about me post and decided to finally get some photos before my family devoured my famous Sheppard’s pie! 


1 lb. of ground beef

1 ½ cups of beef broth 

1 8oz can of tomato paste 

¼ cup of worchestire sauce 

½ an onion

1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables 

1 family size instant mashed potatoes 

1 tables spoon of Salt


Heavy whipping cream

 Set oven to 375. Start by cooking ground beef and onion on medium high until thoroughly cooked.

Next, add tomato paste, worcheshire sauce, mixed vegetables and salt. Mixed together and let cook for 5 minutes. 

Next add beef broth and stir. Add flour until mixture is thick.


 Transfer mixture into baking dish.

Then make mashed potatoes according to the bag. Once, they are cooked I add ¼ cup of heavy whipping cream and salt to the mashed potatoes.

Add mashed potatoes to the top of the mixture in the baking dish.

Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
