DIY Bow Holder Frame under $20

Penelope is known for her bows!! This girl has literally hundreds! 🤦🏽‍♀️ I have a sLiGhT obsession!! 🤷🏽‍♀️ I can’t help it!! They are sooo perfect!! I made Penelope a Bow Holder Frame so we can see them better!! We are sharing a step by step guide to make your own for under $20!!

We found this frame at Hobby Lobby in the clearance section for $9! It was originally $116!!! It’s huge! 50′ by 40″!! Check out their frame section! People order custom frames for things and for whatever reason don’t buy them, so, ta-da!!!

All you need is a Hot Glue gun, clothes pins, paint, and cord/ribbon! 5 items!!!! That’s it!! All under $20!!! (Super Glue would work amazing too instead of the hot glue!!)

I painted it white with a rough bristle paint brush in patchy strokes to give it a distressed look to match our farmhouse look! You can paint it any color to match your decor!!!

I measured the cord to make it even for how many rows I wanted! I hot glued the cord on the back of the frame!

Then hot glue the clothes pins along the bottom!

As you saw in the photos above, I bought the mini clothes pins, but I would HIGHLY recommend getting the regular sized clothes pins so they can hold bigger/thicker headbands! Lesson learned!!

Now you have somewhere for the clip bows on the cord/ribbon and then your headbands on the clips!

See, it’s baby approved!! I can’t wait to fill this up with all of her bows and headbands!!

We would love to see how you hang your baby’s bows!! Let us know how this goes if you try to make it!!

DIY crafts are my favorite!! We will be sharing more crafts coming up!! Be on the look out!

Until next time,
